## How Jess works

Jess's clinical psychology training and hospital work in Canberra took in mental health units, general medical wards, pain management and rehabilitation, so she is familiar with how physical and emotional health affect each other.

She sees adults, teenagers and children from about six, and has a particular interest in working with neurodivergent people, including those with ADHD. She often combines evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
