## Summary

This website doesn’t use cookies or advertising trackers and never asks for your name. It keeps statistics on how the site is used, without names, email addresses or IP addresses, so Jess can see which pages people find helpful.

## Visit statistics

The site records the pages you view, the links and buttons you click and their approximate position on the page, whether you open the booking window and which days and times you select, and whether you tap a clinic’s phone number, email address or online booking link. It also records the referring website, your device type, browser and screen width, and an approximate location (usually a suburb or city) that Cloudflare derives from your internet connection.

It does not record your name, email address, IP address or anything you type. A random code held in your browser tab links the pages of a single visit. The code is deleted when you close the tab, and a new one starts after 30 minutes of inactivity.

Jess can view the pages and clicks of each visit in order, but only once the visit is at least two days old and only with its date. An individual visit does not show the time of day, the location or whether a clinic was contacted. Locations and contact with the clinics appear only as totals, and a location with fewer than three visits is grouped with others. She cannot see who made a visit. The statistics are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this website, in its Oceania region, and are deleted automatically after about 13 months.

## Opting out of statistics

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, the site records no statistics. Most browsers offer one of these in their privacy settings.

## Hosting and where information goes

Like any web host, Cloudflare briefly handles your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. The website’s own logs don’t keep it. Because Cloudflare operates a global network, a request may pass through its servers outside Australia.

## Booking and health information

This website doesn’t collect health information. When you book, you deal directly with Mind Your Health Centre or Mullum Road Clinic, and online bookings for Rosanna are made through Halaxy. Each has its own privacy policy. Your clinical records are held under the Australian Privacy Principles and Victoria’s health records law.

## Access and correction

Because the statistics aren’t linked to names, the website usually holds nothing that can be traced back to you. To ask about or correct information you think the website holds about you, email hello@jess.ac. You’ll receive a reply within 30 days.
