Jess is a clinical psychologist seeing children, teenagers and adults at clinics in Rosanna and Warrandyte, in Melbourne's north-east, and by telehealth. Each clinic has its own reception team, who handle appointments, fees and rebates.

## Getting in touch

Contact whichever clinic suits you, as the two keep separate appointment diaries. The Rosanna clinic also takes online bookings through Halaxy and replies to voicemails and emails within 48 hours.

## Before you call or email

These details help reception book your first session.

- **With or without a referral.** You can book without a referral, paying the clinic's fee and claiming from private health extras if your cover includes psychology. If you are using a Medicare referral to claim a rebate, mention it when you book and send the clinic a copy.
- **In person or telehealth.** Let reception know whether you would like to see Jess in person at the clinic or by telehealth.
- **Your child's age.** If the appointment is for a child or teenager, include their age. Jess works with young people from about six years old.
- **Days and times.** Mention the days and times that suit you, so reception can offer an appointment on one of Jess's clinic days.

## Urgent support

Jess and the reception teams can't respond to urgent situations, and messages may not be seen straight away. ## How to book

Each clinic manages its own appointments. Contact the clinic directly. No referral is needed; a GP referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan let you claim a Medicare rebate.
